Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 265,000 km, about 1.3 times what a 14-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- An older car: 14 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
Why we say so
109 BMW 3 Series from 2011 to 2013, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €3,950 to €7,000, with about 261,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 85 of the 109, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
