FairPrice (fairprice.ie) is run by DoneDeploy Ltd, registered in Ireland (CRO 740690), Tullamore, Co. Offaly, Ireland. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What FairPrice is

A free price comparison site for Ireland. We read prices from shops' websites, public listings and public registers, and show them side by side. Using the site is free, with or without an account.

Prices can be out of date

Each price is what the shop or listing showed when we last read it, usually within the last day. Prices, stock, delivery costs and offers change, and we can get things wrong. The price that counts is the one the shop shows you when you buy. Check it there before you pay.

We are not the seller

We do not sell anything shown on FairPrice. When you buy, your contract is with the shop, dealer, landlord or provider, under their terms, and any question about an order, a delivery, a refund or a product goes to them. Estimates such as a car's fair price or a year's energy cost are our working out from public data, to help you compare, not advice or a valuation.

How we may earn from links

Some links to shops may be affiliate links: if you follow one and buy, the shop may pay us a small commission. You pay the same price either way. Prices are ranked by price alone, and no shop can pay to appear higher. A link only passes through a commission network if you allowed shop partners' cookies (see Privacy and cookies).

Using the site fairly

You may use FairPrice for your own comparing and share links to it freely. Please do not:

• copy the site or its data at scale with scripts, crawlers or scrapers, or ignore our robots.txt; ask us if you want data for a project;
• send automated clicks through links to shops, or anything meant to inflate counts;
• try to get round limits, break in, or put a heavy load on the site;
• use an account, a price alert or the contact form to send spam or to pretend to be someone else.

We may block access, or close an account, that breaks these rules.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from the account page, and that deletes what we hold about you. What we keep and why is on Privacy and cookies.

No warranty

FairPrice is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, correct, up to date or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from relying on it, including paying more than a price shown here. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Names, logos and content

Shop, brand and product names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify what is compared. The site's own writing, design and figures belong to DoneDeploy Ltd.

Changes and the law

We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed. They are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts deal with any dispute, without taking away your right as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
