Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 267,150 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- An older car: 16 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
85 BMW 3 Series from 2009 to 2011, diesel are for sale now. Most ask €2,750 to €5,000, with about 278,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 26 of the 85. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
