Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 331,000 km, about 1.2 times what a 19-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 146,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 185,000 km.
- An older car: 19 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
19 BMW 3 Series from 2006 to 2008, petrol, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €2,970 to €5,880, with about 185,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 7 of the 19. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
