Volkswagen Sharan

Worth knowing

• Above-average kilometres: 241,000 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• An older car: 15 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

7 Volkswagen Sharans from 2010 to 2012, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €4,820 to €6,880, with about 250,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 2 of the 7. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
