Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 350,000 km, about 2.1 times what a 11-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 125,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 225,000 km.
- An older car: 11 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT runs out in January 2027: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.
Why we say so
33 Volkswagen Polos from 2014 to 2016, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €5,250 to €7,750, with about 225,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 22 of the 33. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
