Worth knowing
- Low kilometres for its age: 146,300 km, about 51% under the usual for a 20-year-old car.
- 54,000 km fewer than similar cars for sale, which have about 200,000 km.
- An older car: 20 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
22 Volkswagen Polos from 2005 to 2007, petrol, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,240 to €2,180, with about 200,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 13 of the 22. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
