Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 260,000 km, about 2.5 times what a 7-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 72,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 189,000 km.
- The NCT runs out in January 2027: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.
Why we say so
160 Volkswagen Passats from 2018 to 2020, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €13,800 to €19,000, with about 189,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 122 of the 160, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
