Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 352,000 km, about 1.7 times what a 14-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 55,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 297,000 km.
- An older car: 14 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT runs out in January 2027: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.
Why we say so
178 Volkswagen Passats from 2011 to 2013, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €2,760 to €4,250, with about 297,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 67 of the 178. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
