Worth knowing
- Above-average kilometres: 218,300 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 38,000 km fewer than similar cars for sale, which have about 256,000 km.
- An older car: 17 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
7 Vauxhall Insignias from 2008 to 2010, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,420 to €2,300, with about 256,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 4 of the 7. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
