Toyota Yaris

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 267,150 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 54,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 213,000 km.
• An older car: 25 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

11 Toyota Yaris from 2000 to 2002, petrol, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,200 to €1,620, with about 213,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 9 of the 11, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
