Toyota Yaris 1.0 TERRA

Worth knowing

• Above-average kilometres: 220,474 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 32,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 188,000 km.
• An older car: 26 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
• The NCT runs out in January 2027: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.

Why we say so

10 Toyota Yaris from 1999 to 2001, petrol, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,210 to €1,650, with about 188,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 10 of the 10, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
