Pegeout 308

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 304,426 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• An older car: 18 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

7 Peugeot 308s from 2007 to 2009, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €700 to €1,680, with about 288,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 4 of the 7. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
