Peugeot 207

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 300,183 km, about 1.2 times what a 17-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 86,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 215,000 km.
• An older car: 17 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
• The NCT runs out in December 2026: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.

Why we say so

12 Peugeot 207s from 2008 to 2010, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,040 to €2,290, with about 215,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 3 of the 12, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
