Jaguar Xf

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 294,000 km, about 1.2 times what a 16-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 42,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 252,000 km.
• An older car: 16 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
• The NCT runs out in October 2026: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.

Why we say so

14 Jaguar Xfs from 2009 to 2011, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €3,810 to €5,000, with about 252,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 12 of the 14, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
