Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 274,000 km, about 1.3 times what a 14-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- An older car: 14 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT runs out in January 2027: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.
Why we say so
240 Ford Focus from 2011 to 2013, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €2,450 to €4,250, with about 260,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 16 of the 240, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
