Ford Focus 2010 just passed nct in august

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 312,211 km, about 1.3 times what a 16-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 41,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 271,000 km.
• An older car: 16 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

138 Ford Focus from 2009 to 2011, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,710 to €2,950, with about 271,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 105 of the 138, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
