Ford Focus

Worth knowing

• Above-average kilometres: 231,197 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 56,000 km fewer than similar cars for sale, which have about 288,000 km.
• An older car: 18 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
• The NCT ran out in March 2025. Ask whether it has been tested since.

Why we say so

28 Ford Focus from 2007 to 2009, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,300 to €2,250, with about 288,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 1 of the 28, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
