Ford fiesta

Worth knowing

• Above-average kilometres: 220,000 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 33,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 187,000 km.
• An older car: 20 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
• The NCT ran out in February 2026. Ask whether it has been tested since.

Why we say so

25 Ford Fiestas from 2005 to 2007, petrol, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,000 to €1,650, with about 187,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 12 of the 25. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
