BMW 6 Series

Worth knowing

• Above-average kilometres: 203,825 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• An older car: 21 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
• The NCT ran out in March 2020. Ask whether it has been tested since.

Why we say so

8 BMW 6 Series from 2004 to 2006, petrol, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €6,560 to €7,710, with about 185,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 8 of the 8, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
