BMW 5 Series

Worth knowing

• Above-average kilometres: 233,348 km, about 1.2 times what a 13-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 28,000 km fewer than similar cars for sale, which have about 261,000 km.
• An older car: 13 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.

Why we say so

56 BMW 5 Series from 2012 to 2014, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €5,000 to €9,000, with about 261,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 21 of the 56. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
