Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 269,552 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 49,000 km fewer than similar cars for sale, which have about 319,000 km.
- An older car: 19 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
22 BMW 5 Series from 2006 to 2008, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,890 to €3,970, with about 319,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 15 of the 22. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
