Audi A5 2.0 Quattro S-line

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 258,500 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• An older car: 17 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

16 Audi A5s from 2008 to 2010, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €3,680 to €5,610, with about 270,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 14 of the 16, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
