Audi A4

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 270,369 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• An older car: 19 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

4 Audi A4s from 2006 to 2008, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €2,350 to €3,620, with about 289,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 3 of the 4, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
