Audi A3

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 272,000 km, about 1.6 times what a 11-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 50,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 222,000 km.
• An older car: 11 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
• The NCT runs out in October 2026: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.

Why we say so

213 Audi A3s from 2014 to 2016, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €7,850 to €12,000, with about 222,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 168 of the 213, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
