Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 283,000 km, about 1.9 times what a 10-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 89,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 194,000 km.
- An older car: 10 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT runs out in November 2026: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.
Why we say so
185 Volkswagen Tiguans from 2015 to 2017, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €11,500 to €17,000, with about 194,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 120 of the 185. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
