Volkswagen Sharan

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 316,155 km, about 1.6 times what a 13-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 33,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 283,000 km.
• An older car: 13 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
• The NCT runs out in November 2026: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.

Why we say so

3 Volkswagen Sharans from 2012 to 2014, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €5,120 to €5,670, with about 283,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 3 of the 3, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
