Worth knowing
- Above-average kilometres: 238,182 km, about 1.2 times what a 13-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- An older car: 13 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT runs out in January 2027: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.
Why we say so
37 Volkswagen Polos from 2012 to 2014, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €4,250 to €5,950, with about 250,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 13 of the 37. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
