Volkswagen Polo 2004

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 265,076 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 110,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 155,000 km.
• An older car: 22 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

6 Volkswagen Polos from 2003 to 2005, petrol, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,090 to €1,750, with about 155,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 4 of the 6. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
