Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 330,000 km, about 2.0 times what a 11-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 106,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 224,000 km.
- An older car: 11 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT runs out in December 2026: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.
Why we say so
396 Volkswagen Golfs from 2014 to 2016, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €7,250 to €11,500, with about 224,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 377 of the 396, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
