Toyota Avensis

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 346,493 km, about 1.5 times what a 15-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 29,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 317,000 km.
• An older car: 15 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
• The NCT ran out in November 2025. Ask whether it has been tested since.

Why we say so

66 Toyota Avensis from 2010 to 2012, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €2,000 to €3,500, with about 317,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 12 of the 66, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
