2009 Skoda Superb IRISH REG.

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 305,774 km, about 1.2 times what a 17-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 43,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 263,000 km.
• An older car: 17 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

11 Skoda Superbs from 2008 to 2010, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,620 to €2,970, with about 263,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 7 of the 11. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
