Worth knowing
- Above-average kilometres: 180,000 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- An older car: 17 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
3 Renault Meganes from 2008 to 2010, petrol, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,600 to €6,500, with about 187,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 1 of the 3. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
