Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 348,000 km, about 1.4 times what a 17-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 102,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 246,000 km.
- An older car: 17 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
9 Opel Insignias from 2008 to 2010, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,000 to €1,900, with about 246,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 2 of the 9, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
