Nissan Micra

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 300,000 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 150,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 150,000 km.
• An older car: 20 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
• The NCT ran out in March 2024. Ask whether it has been tested since.

Why we say so

24 Nissan Micras from 2005 to 2007, petrol, manual are for sale now. Most ask €1,320 to €1,990, with about 150,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 6 of the 24, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
