MINI Cooper D

Worth knowing

• Above-average kilometres: 216,000 km, about 1.4 times what a 10-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 66,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 150,000 km.
• An older car: 10 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
• The NCT runs out in November 2026: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.

Why we say so

5 MINI Cooper Ds from 2015 to 2017, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €8,990 to €9,450, with about 150,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 4 of the 5, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
