Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 344,000 km, about 1.6 times what a 14-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 128,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 216,000 km.
- An older car: 14 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
Why we say so
8 Mercedes Benz S Class from 2011 to 2013, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €8,080 to €10,700, with about 216,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 7 of the 8, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
