Worth knowing
- Above-average kilometres: 220,000 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 29,000 km fewer than similar cars for sale, which have about 249,000 km.
- An older car: 16 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
83 Mercedes Benz E Class from 2009 to 2011, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €3,800 to €6,300, with about 249,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 45 of the 83. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
