Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 365,320 km, about 1.5 times what a 16-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 108,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 257,000 km.
- An older car: 16 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
18 Mercedes Benz C Class from 2009 to 2011, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €3,080 to €5,370, with about 257,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 4 of the 18, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
