Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 289,681 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• An older car: 17 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

13 Ford Galaxys from 2008 to 2010, diesel are for sale now. Most ask €1,880 to €4,000, with about 304,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 5 of the 13. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
