Worth knowing
- Above-average kilometres: 184,000 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- An older car: 11 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT ran out in December 2023. Ask whether it has been tested since.
Why we say so
128 BMW X5s from 2014 to 2016, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €20,000 to €28,000, with about 203,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 2 of the 128, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
