Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 255,878 km, about 1.4 times what a 12-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 49,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 207,000 km.
- An older car: 12 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT ran out in September 2024. Ask whether it has been tested since.
Why we say so
96 BMW X5s from 2013 to 2015, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €18,900 to €26,000, with about 207,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 25 of the 96. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
