Worth knowing
- Above-average kilometres: 247,832 km, about 1.2 times what a 14-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- An older car: 14 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT ran out in February 2024. Ask whether it has been tested since.
Why we say so
77 BMW 5 Series from 2011 to 2013, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €4,500 to €7,000, with about 265,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 2 of the 77, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
