BMW 5 Series 520d SE Auto

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 264,998 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 52,000 km fewer than similar cars for sale, which have about 317,000 km.
• An older car: 18 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.

Why we say so

42 BMW 5 Series from 2007 to 2009, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €2,070 to €3,580, with about 317,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 8 of the 42, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
