Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 334,742 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 49,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 286,000 km.
- An older car: 20 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
7 BMW 5 Series from 2005 to 2007, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €2,020 to €3,080, with about 286,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 5 of the 7. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
