BMW 1 Series 116d SE

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 183,464 km, about 1.7 times what a 7-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 102,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 81,000 km.
• The NCT runs out in January 2027: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.

Why we say so

89 BMW 1 Series from 2018 to 2020, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €16,000 to €23,000, with about 81,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 87 of the 89, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
