2014 BMW 1 SERIES Automatic 116d

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 310,602 km, about 1.7 times what a 12-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 161,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 150,000 km.
• An older car: 12 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.

Why we say so

20 BMW 1 Series from 2013 to 2015, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €6,880 to €11,000, with about 150,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 20 of the 20, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
