Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 280,000 km, about 1.3 times what a 14-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- An older car: 14 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year.
- The NCT runs out in November 2026: budget for the test and any repairs it asks for.
Why we say so
73 Audi A6s from 2011 to 2013, diesel, automatic are for sale now. Most ask €5,700 to €9,000, with about 278,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 13 of the 73, near the top. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
