Worth knowing
- A lot of kilometres: 303,000 km, high whatever its age. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
- 38,000 km fewer than similar cars for sale, which have about 341,000 km.
- An older car: 19 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
Why we say so
7 Audi A6s from 2006 to 2008, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €2,000 to €2,800, with about 341,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 6 of the 7, near the bottom of the range. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
