Audi A5 2.0 SE Hatchback Diesel Manual (143bhp)

Worth knowing

• A lot of kilometres: 298,000 km, about 1.3 times what a 15-year-old car usually has. Ask for the service history, and when the timing belt and clutch were last done.
• 57,000 km more than similar cars for sale, which have about 241,000 km.
• An older car: 15 years old. Cars over ten years need an NCT every year, and repairs and parts weigh more in what it costs to keep.
• The NCT ran out in July 2023. Ask whether it has been tested since.

Why we say so

43 Audi A5s from 2010 to 2012, diesel, manual are for sale now. Most ask €4,220 to €8,970, with about 241,000 km on the clock. This one is cheaper than 13 of the 43. The market price above also allows for its exact year and mileage.
